Our rental policies:

Check in time is 4 p.m. or later on the arrival date. Checkout time is 10 a.m. on the day of departure. The maximum number of guests is 14.

No pets, no smoking. Renter must be 21 years of age or older.

Deposits Reservations can be made by telephone or email, but these must be confirmed in writing and the letter must include deposit of 20% of the rental cost. The balance of the booking cost is due no later than six weeks before your arrival date. If booking within six weeks of arrival, full payment must accompany the written reservation confirmation letter, including the $300 security deposit. A $300 security deposit, which will be held against loss, property damage or costs incurred, is to be paid on the same day as the payment of balance. The deposit will be refunded approximately two to three weeks after your departure.

Refunds:  In case of cancellations, refunds on reservation deposits are:

• Over 90 days prior to check-in - $20 processing fee.
  60 to 90 days prior to check-in – deposit retained as credit towards rental within one year.
  30 to 60 days prior to check-in – 50% of rental.
